We’re thrilled to share that Gentronics has been shortlisted for Storage Broker of the Year at The Storage Awards 2026, known across the industry as The Storries.
Now in its 23rd year, The Storries XXIII takes place on Wednesday 18 June 2026 at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London, attended by more than 300 leading figures from across the storage and cloud landscape. Since 2004, these awards have recognised the finest products, companies and people in the industry and being on the shortlist alongside the most established names in the broker space is no small thing.

What goes into a year’s work
Being shortlisted reflects the work the team has put in over the past twelve months – supplying, repairing and supporting enterprise storage hardware for businesses across the UK and internationally. From NetApp NVRAM cache battery repairs to full system fulfilment across IBM, NetApp, HPE and Dell platforms, the focus has been the same: giving customers a faster, more cost-effective alternative to going direct to the OEM.

The Storage Awards have grown over 23 years to become the leading event in the UK storage industry calendar. Voting is open to anyone working in or alongside the sector; partners, customers, resellers, end users and industry peers – with finalists chosen by public vote.
The 2026 ceremony takes place on Wednesday 18 June at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, 61–65 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DA.
