Gentronics was formed in 2019 by Andrew Genever, the managing director of GENTRONICS SOLUTIONS and former CEO of NCE Group. Gentronics is a professional support services company offering reliable and secure services in computer hardware repair, data storage repair, data centre decommissioning, data recovery, shredding, and certificated secure data destruction.
Gentronics also provide additional hardware sales and asset recovery services;
from brokerage to buy-back and re-sale, to end of life recycling.

Gentronics was conceived as a single point of contact for organisations that require engineering repair solutions to maintain enterprise IT equipment in Data Centres, while our expertise also provides high return asset recovery and secure data destruction and data recovery.

Andrew Genever was formerly the CEO of NCE Group, an IT support business with operations throughout the UK, Europe and USA. Having successfully sold NCE in 2017, Andrew has invested his time and energy into Data Storage Repair Services, ITAD and Data Recovery Solutions – consulting for a number of organisations before creating Gentronics Solutions in 2019.
