Our services include complete SPS unit service at our state-of-the-art facility in Wiltshire, UK, or delivery of new battery cores sent to you for exchange.

We only use OEM replacement battery cores – or equivalent cores that exceed OEM standards. You have the choice, and we can guide you to achieve the best possible replacement to meet your service level agreements.

Every battery core is also given a rigorous 8-hour bench test prior to shipping, to ensure serviceability and performance, and the test results are recorded in our audit trail and with your unit’s serial number.
Where we service your complete SPS unit, we will ship it back to you within 2 working days from receipt into our facility (often sooner) and we can expedite our services where critical systems infrastructure is being affected.

The 512735-001 battery product number 30-10013-21 is a 4V, 13.5Ah sealed lead acid battery pack. The 512735-001 battery pack has alternate part numbers: AD626A, AD626B, 348879-007 and 348879-005.

NEW: DELL EqualLogic Battery Repair Service
Part Number 010DXV and 0KVY4F – battery model NEX-900926
Gentronics have developed a repair process for the 10DXV and KVY4F where both Lithium Ion cells are replaced with new cells, the battery is internally calibrated and the electronic manufacturing date code is changed (to reflect the repair date) along with the End of Life warning dates and the End of Life dates. These date changes along with the calibration, are critical to the life of the product.
Gentronics are enabling our customers to continue to maintain the DELL EqualLogic PS4210, PS6210 and PS6610 disk arrays supporting the circular economy.
